Registration and author guidelines

Registration Desk:
The conference registration desk will operate from the Portobello building, from 08:30 to 18:00 on each day of the conference August 28th until on August 30th. It will not be open on August 27th. This will be in the main display area in the John Carr Design suite which is upstairs.

Procedures for oral sessions
Presenters and session chairs should report to the session chair in the relevant room 10 minutes before the session begins in order to preload presentations and leave time for last minute checks. Session chairs will be asked to be strict with timings so that delegates can move from session to session. We suggest you bring presentations on a memory stick as then it is easier to use the computers provided in the rooms.
